The Role

• Lead, motivate, and develop the team, including training future talent.
• Manage all retail and stockroom operations collaboratively with the team.
• Oversee product receipt, merchandising, and quality control, including checking expiration dates.
• Maintain the freshness and quality of produce and bakery items.

What You'll Need

• Drive and energy to lead a retail branch to success.
• Completed vocational training in retail, with relevant professional experience preferred.
• Friendly demeanor and enjoyment in interacting with customers.
• Leadership skills, strong communication abilities, flexibility, and a team-oriented mindset.
• A willingness to work diligently and proactively.
• Good German language skills (minimum B1 level) for effective customer communication.
