NC/CNC Programmer cum Turning Operator

Overview / Summary:
We are seeking an experienced NC/CNC Programmer cum Turning Operator with strong expertise in Siemens NX CAM programming and CNC Turning operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and validating CNC programs, performing machine prove-outs, troubleshooting machining issues, and optimizing programs for aerospace manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize CNC programs using Siemens NX CAM.
• Perform simulation, collision checks, and machine prove-outs.
• Set up and operate CNC Turning machines.
• Troubleshoot machining and programming issues.
• Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Ensure quality, safety, and production standards are met.

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Siemens NX CAM and CNC Turning.
• Strong knowledge of G-code, tooling, and machining processes.
• Experience with machine prove-out and process validation.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Aerospace manufacturing experience is preferred.
