We are seeking a dedicated physician to join a leading national psychosomatic clinic renowned for its comprehensive treatment programs for adolescents. The Role

• Take on initial specialist leadership responsibilities on the psychosomatic youth ward, with potential for full specialist leadership.
• Oversee clinical processes and the entire psychotherapeutic treatment journey for adolescents.
• Support the chief physician in the role of lead senior physician and contribute to ward development.
• Conduct supervisions for child and adolescent psychotherapists in training.
• Manage patient admissions, family consultations, and interdisciplinary interventions to ensure high-quality care.

What You'll Need

• Completed specialist training or be in the 4th year of medical residency in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Psychotherapy.
• A strong desire to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team comprising physicians, psychologists, nursing staff, educators, and therapists.
• Experience or willingness to undertake initial leadership tasks, with full training provided for newcomers to leadership roles.
• Commitment to providing structured, high-quality patient care.
