Job Description

Weyerhaeuser seeks an IT Senior Manager, Customer Technology to lead strategy, delivery, and support for customer-facing platforms in a large, sustainable manufacturing enterprise. You will own the roadmap for CRM, customer portals, and digital experience tools that serve building products customers across North America. Partnering with sales, operations, and mills, you will drive integrated, secure, cloud-based solutions that improve service, transparency, and reliability. You will manage a high-performing IT team and vendors, oversee budgets, ensure system resilience and cybersecurity, and promote a culture of safety, integrity, inclusion, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute customer technology roadmap aligned to business and sustainability goals
  • Lead delivery and support of CRM, portals, and digital customer experience platforms
  • Manage IT staff, vendors, and partners, fostering a culture of safety, integrity, and inclusion
  • Oversee budgets, forecasting, and resource planning for customer technology initiatives
  • Ensure reliability, security, and compliance of customer-facing systems
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and manufacturing to optimize customer journeys
  • Drive data and integration strategies to improve visibility across mills, supply chain, and customers
  • Champion continuous improvement, agile practices, and modern cloud-based solutions
  • Establish metrics and reporting for platform performance and customer satisfaction
