Introduction:

The PowerEdge Senior Implementation Specialist will be responsible for providing day-to-day support for data center operations, including server installation, maintenance, BIOS/firmware updates, patching, monitoring server health, and troubleshooting hardware issues.

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support for data center operations.
• Perform server installation, maintenance, BIOS/firmware updates, and patching.
• Monitor server health and troubleshoot hardware issues.
• Coordinate break/fix activities and maintain server documentation.
• Must work onsite 5 days a week (no exceptions).

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience with PowerEdge Rack & Tower Servers.
• Experience with iDRAC.
• Strong knowledge of RHEL (Red Hat Enterprise Linux) and Ubuntu.
• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise server/data center environments.
• Experience with BIOS updates, firmware, patching, and server lifecycle management.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with PowerEdge XE Servers.
