School ICT Support Officer: Helpdesk, AV & Devices

St Hilda's School on the Gold Coast invites you to join our ICT team as an ICT Support Officer. You will provide Level 1/2 helpdesk support to staff and students, manage devices across Windows and Apple, and assist with classroom AV for events.

Reporting to the Head of ICT, you'll help maintain security, licensing, and endpoint management using Intune, JAMF, and SCCM, while contributing to a reliable technology experience in a faith-based girls' school.
