Systems Engineer with Security Clearance

Job Title: Systems Engineer Client: National Defense University (NDU) Location: Washington, DC (1 day remote a week) Certification: CompTIA Security CE & Computing Environment Certification Clearance: Active Secret or higher Key Responsibilities: * Design, implement, and manage Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) and Entra ID solutions. * Configure and troubleshoot Office 365 (O365) services, including user management and licensing. * Manage and maintain VMware infrastructure, including ESXi hosts, vCenter Server, and virtual machines. * Ensure seamless integration between Azure AD, Entra ID, O365, and VMware environments. * Troubleshoot identity and access management issues, providing timely resolutions. * Collaborate with IT teams to implement security best practices and compliance standards. * Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and Microsoft/Azure/VMware product updates. Requirements: * 8-10 years of experience in Azure AD, Entra ID, O365 * Strong knowledge of identity and access management principles. * Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Azure CLI). * Knowledgeable in VMware vSphere, vCenter and ESXi. * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Strong communication and collaboration skills. Nice to Have: * Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator, Enterprise Administrator). * Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, MS Azure).
