Systems Engineer with Security Clearance

Job Title: Systems Engineer Client: National Defense University (NDU) Location: Washington, DC Certification: CompTIA Security+ CE & Computing Environment Certification Clearance: Active Secret or higher

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) and Entra ID solutions.
• Configure and troubleshoot Office 365 (O365) services, including user management and licensing.
• Manage and maintain VMware infrastructure, including ESXi hosts, vCenter Server, and virtual machines.
• Ensure seamless integration between Azure AD, Entra ID, O365, and VMware environments.
• Troubleshoot identity and access management issues, providing timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement security best practices and compliance standards.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and Microsoft/Azure/VMware product updates.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in Azure AD, Entra ID, O365
• Strong knowledge of identity and access management principles.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Azure CLI).
• Knowledgeable in VMware vSphere, vCenter and ESXi.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills. Nice to Have:
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator, Enterprise Administrator).
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, MS Azure).
