The Role

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair and vehicle diagnostics.
• Provide emergency breakdown support across the UK.
• Handle a variety of common issues like flat batteries, tyre changes, and complex fault-finding.
• Offer reassurance and swift solutions to members in need.
• Start and end your workday from home.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
• A strong customer-focused approach and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• A full UK driving licence.
• A proactive problem-solving attitude and ability to think on your feet.
