UK Wide / Remote with National Travel
50,000 Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission + 5,000 Car Allowance + Flexible Working
Are you an experienced Business Development Manager with a proven track record of winning new business within the asbestos, fire safety or compliance sector?
We're recruiting on behalf of a growing specialist provider of asbestos surveys, fire door inspections and fire safety compliance services. With an excellent reputation and ambitious growth plans, they're looking for a driven sales professional who thrives on developing new client relationships and opening doors to new opportunities.
The Role
This is a true new business role where you'll be responsible for identifying opportunities, generating leads and securing new commercial contracts across a wide range of sectors throughout the UK.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing a proactive new business strategy.
- Winning new clients through networking, prospecting and relationship building.
- Identifying opportunities for asbestos surveys, fire door inspections and wider fire compliance services.
- Managing the sales process from initial contact through to contract award.
- Working closely with operational teams to ensure a smooth client handover.
About You
To be successful in this role you'll have:
- Proven success in a new business sales role within asbestos, fire safety, fire doors or compliance services.
- A strong understanding of the compliance sector and the challenges faced by commercial clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- The motivation to work independently whilst managing your own pipeline.
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally when required.
