Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Skilled Laborer/Carpenter to join our team. This role is ideal for a motivated carpenter with hands-on construction experience who can follow directions, communicate effectively, and take pride in producing quality work. The successful candidate will assist with carpentry projects, layout work, installations, and general construction tasks while maintaining a strong focus on safety and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret layouts, drawings, and work instructions.
  • Measure, mark, and cut materials accurately.
  • Construct and install wood framing, partitions, blocking, and finish carpentry components.
  • Assist with the installation of bathroom partitions, accessories, and hardware.
  • Perform punch-list work, adjustments, and minor repairs as needed.
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow project specifications, company standards, and safety procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding project progress and material needs.
  • Complete tasks with attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Required Qualifications

  • Previous experience in carpentry, construction, or skilled labor.
  • Ability to read and follow layouts, measurements, and installation instructions.
  • Proficient with common hand tools and power tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control.
