Job Description
Marvin is seeking a Brand Promoter to champion our premium windows, doors, and skylights across residential and commercial markets. In this role, you'll represent a people-first, family-owned manufacturer known for craftsmanship and innovation. You will educate dealers, builders, architects, and homeowners on product features and benefits, support events and product launches, and gather market feedback. Collaborating with sales and marketing, you'll help grow brand awareness, support lead generation, and ensure Marvin stands out as the preferred building solutions partner.
Responsibilities
- Represent Marvin's brand and product portfolio to builders, dealers, architects, and homeowners
- Educate customers on features, performance, and design options of Marvin windows, doors, and skylights
- Support launch and promotion of new products, merchandising, and in-store displays
- Plan and staff local events, trade shows, and trainings to drive product awareness and demand
- Gather market and customer feedback to share with sales, marketing, and product teams
- Maintain strong product knowledge and stay current on industry trends and competitor offerings
- Develop relationships with key accounts to support sales growth and brand loyalty
- Create basic presentations, demos, and product walkthroughs for varied audiences
- Collaborate with marketing and sales on promotional campaigns and lead follow-up
- Track activities, leads, and results using company tools and reporting processes
