SAP SuccessFactors Integration Consultant 

Location: Hybrid in Richmond, VA (one week onsite followed by one week remote)

Must-haves:

5+ years of directly related HCM integration experience
Proven experience implementing and supporting HCM solutions
Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors and/or Dayforce integrations
Strong knowledge of APIs, integration tools, and integration frameworks
Experience working with XML imports and exports
Experience integrating HCM systems with payroll, benefits, financial, and third-party vendor platforms
Understanding of SAP Clean Core methodology and approved integration technologies
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively with technical and business stakeholders across multiple teams

Day-to-day:

Lead HCM integration implementations and configuration activities
Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
Design, develop, test, and support integrations between HCM platforms and connected systems
Build and maintain API and XML-based integrations
Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, and IT teams to ensure accurate data flow
Support data migration, system synchronization, and interface enhancements
Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues
Collaborate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to support ongoing integrations
Conduct system demonstrations, training sessions, and knowledge-transfer activities
Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and aligned with business requirements
Support integrations across SAP, SuccessFactors, Dayforce, Snowflake, and external benefits providers
 

Job Description:

Insight Global is seeking a Senior HCM Integration Consultant (SuccessFactors) for a leading enterprise client. This consultant will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting complex Human Capital Management integrations across SAP, SuccessFactors, Dayforce, Snowflake, and multiple third-party benefits and payroll vendors. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in enterprise integration technologies, API development, XML data exchanges, and HR systems architecture.

In this role, the consultant will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, develop scalable integration solutions, support data migration efforts, and troubleshoot production issues. The individual will play a key role in ensuring seamless data flow between HR, payroll, finance, and benefits systems while adhering to SAP Clean Core principles and best practices.

A major plus for this position is experience with the SuccessFactors Learning Module, including integration, administration, or implementation support. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with the ability to lead integration initiatives, collaborate across cross-functional teams, and deliver successful HCM solutions in a complex enterprise environment.
