Job description
Westpac is seeking an AI Science Lead to shape and deliver the AI portfolio across Everyday Banking and Consumer Finance. Based in Sydney with hybrid work, you will lead a team of AI scientists, translate business priorities into a scalable AI strategy and drive measurable outcomes in a highly regulated environment.
You will remain hands on with modelling and experimentation while guiding production delivery and responsible AI practices to improve customer experiences and risk controls.
