Job Responsibilities:

•Check Data import for all segments.

• Alert generation on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

• Check the status of all jobs scheduled.

• Dispose of the data.

• Help clients in quarterly report submission.

• Check the size of the database quarterly.

• To take feedback from clients every quarter.

Required Skills:

•Good Communication skills Verbal/ Written.

• Email Writing skills.

• Problem solving skills.

• Self-managing and taking responsibility for clients.
