The Role

• Construct and erect overhead lines in the high and extra-high voltage range (110 – 380 kV).
• Perform maintenance and repair of German overhead line networks.
• Safely operate specialized machinery and equipment.
• Contribute to new construction and modernization projects.

What You'll Need

• Ideally, a skilled trade background (e.g., roofer, mason, carpenter, scaffolder, locksmith, electrician).
• Ability to work at heights and good physical fitness; proficient German language skills are essential.
• Open to motivated career changers with manual dexterity, even without prior formal training.
• Valid driver's license (Class B) and a strong willingness to travel throughout the week (Monday-Thursday), including overnight stays.
• Ability to work independently, demonstrating reliability and team spirit.
