The Role

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair and vehicle diagnostics.
• Provide emergency breakdown support across the UK.
• Handle a variety of issues including flat batteries, tyre changes, and complex fault finding.
• Offer quick, confident solutions and reassurance to members in need.
• Work independently, starting and ending your day from home.
• Combine technical expertise with outstanding member service.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
• At least 2 years' post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
• A customer-focused approach and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Ability to think on your feet and make the right call for each customer.
• Adaptability to handle a variety of tasks and challenges.
