Job Description

Our client is seeking a Sr. Technical Project Lead to drive the delivery of innovative digital products and technology solutions. This role will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering organizations to ensure successful execution of product strategies and technical initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical product management, project delivery, Agile methodologies, and software development technologies, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. This position requires leadership across the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering through development, testing, deployment, and post-launch optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Owners, UX, CX, Analytics, and technical stakeholders to ensure solutions and architecture align with business goals and customer needs.
• Translate feature requirements into detailed specifications, technical designs, and actionable development plans.
• Lead initiatives through the full software development lifecycle, including development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Work with product management, engineering, design, and business teams to define product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and feature priorities.
• Manage project scope, schedules, resource planning, risk mitigation, and change control activities.
• Facilitate communication between development teams, leadership, and business stakeholders.
• Provide project status reporting and executive-level updates.
• Balance technical feasibility, customer experience, and business objectives when prioritizing product features and enhancements.
• Support vendor and partner coordination to ensure successful delivery of technology solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, Agile best practices, and high-performing team behaviors.

Required Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.

Experience

• 5–7 years of experience as a Product Manager, Technical Product Lead, Technical Project Manager, or similar role.
• Demonstrated success delivering enterprise software products and technology initiatives from concept through production deployment.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
