The Role

• Manufacturing furniture, built-in units, and interior finishes according to drawings and specifications
• Processing wood and wood-based materials (cutting, milling, drilling, sanding)
• Assembling furniture, built-in units, and interior finishes in the workshop and at customer sites
• Performing surface treatments (e.g., sanding, oiling, lacquering) based on qualifications
• Conducting dimensional checks, quality inspections, and post-processing of manufactured components
• Contributing to custom client projects and special fabrications

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a Tischler, Schreiner, or equivalent qualification
• Several years of professional experience in furniture or interior construction is desirable
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting drawings, measurements, and technical documents
• Strong craftsmanship, precision, and a neat working style
• Ability to work independently, reliably, and as part of a team
• Friendly demeanor when interacting with customers
• German language skills for instructions and documentation
