The Role

• Acceptance of orders and technical consultation for customers
• Support with diagnostic services and troubleshooting
• Customer acquisition and relationship management
• Scheduling and planning of workshop appointments
• Handling warranty claims and decisions on warranty and goodwill cases
• Processing customer complaints

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a Service Advisor or a technical qualification in the automotive industry
• Experience in commercial vehicle technology/electrics; a Master Craftsman's certificate and a Class CE driving license are advantageous
• Several years of relevant professional experience
• Good IT skills (MS Office, SAP)
• Independent, structured, and customer-oriented working style
