The Role

• Gain comprehensive experience across various hotel operations as a versatile team member.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for both domestic and international guests.
• Plan, organize, and execute promotional events and client-requested functions.
• Support tourism marketing initiatives and destination management efforts.
• Develop innovative travel concepts and assist in forging new national and international hotel partnerships.

What You'll Need

• (Technical) high school diploma, a qualified vocational qualification, or state-certified technician/business administrator.
• German language proficiency equivalent to B2 level.
• Strong economic comprehension and excellent communication skills.
• A keen interest in diverse cultures and potentially prior international experience.
• Demonstrated flexibility, teamwork, diligence, openness, and organizational capabilities.
• Fluency in German and English, with proficiency in an additional foreign language being advantageous.
