We’re looking for Customer Service Representatives who thrive on solving problems, value precision, and bring a strong sense of reliability to the team. In this role, you’ll be a vital part of our Customer Service Department, ensuring every client interaction is handled with care and accuracy.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide exceptional service to our clients
- Accurately process quotes and orders through data entry
- Document customer interactions and transactions
- Respond to customer calls in a timely and professional manner
