Job Description
Xero is seeking a Senior Data & AI Governance Specialist to shape how we manage data as a strategic asset and govern AI responsibly. You will partner with teams across the business to design pragmatic governance that tackles bias, transparency, and explainability while enabling safe experimentation with responsible AI.
Reporting to the Director of Data & AI Governance, you will bridge policy and practice, working with Regulatory, Privacy, and Risk functions to stay ahead of evolving requirements
