The Role

• Drive canvassing-based marketing initiatives to generate sales leads for sales representatives.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a team of Field Canvassers to build brand awareness in target neighborhoods.
• Manage a multi-team territory and plan routes, including evenings and weekends, to maximize lead generation.
• Ensure compliance with local ordinances and regulations by managing permit requirements.
• Track and report on canvassing lead generation metrics, evaluating performance and ROI.
• Collaborate with local Operations and Installation Managers to expand brand presence.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of management experience in field canvassing within a direct-to-consumer industry.
• Proven experience in customer service, sales, and lead generation.
• Experience in recruiting, onboarding, and training marketing or canvassing staff.
• Ability to work outdoors in various climates and flexible with evening and weekend schedules.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
