Uline Inc., a leader in shipping and industrial supplies, is seeking a Recruiter to support our Human Resources & Talent Management team within the Supply Chain, Logistics & Procurement space. In this role, you will manage full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews and offers for supply chain and operational roles. You'll partner closely with hiring managers, leverage multiple recruiting channels, and maintain a strong candidate pipeline. Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for distribution, logistics, and corporate roles, from intake through offer acceptance.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR leaders to understand workforce needs and define role requirements and success profiles.
- Source qualified candidates using job boards, Boolean searches, professional networks, referrals, and industry events.
- Screen resumes and conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews to assess qualifications, cultural fit, and long-term potential.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams, ensuring a positive and efficient candidate experience.
- Prepare, extend, and negotiate competitive job offers in alignment with Uline's compensation guidelines and internal equity.
- Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS, ensuring compliance with hiring policies and regulations.
- Track and report on key recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and pipeline health to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with distribution center, logistics, and operations leaders to anticipate hiring needs and support headcount planning.
- Promote Uline's employer brand by communicating its results-driven culture, growth opportunities, and comprehensive training programs.
- Support onboarding coordination to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to new hire.
- Participate in recruiting process improvement initiatives and recommend tools, tactics, and practices that enhance efficiency and candidate quality.
