We're hiring for an established partner in the mechanical engineering sector, seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join their team. The Role

• Independently implement test specifications into procedures for in-process and final checks, including during design transfer.
• Approve intermediate and final products.
• Initiate and manage CAPAs for product improvement.
• Create and analyze key figures to identify product defects.
• Maintain relevant QMS documents for product enhancement.
• Participate in regular shop floor management activities.
• Contribute to the preparation and follow-up of internal and external audits.

What You'll Need

• A completed university degree, preferably in a technical field, or equivalent qualification with significant experience as a skilled worker or technician in a technical or medical technology environment.
• Experience in a technical setting.
• Proficiency in spoken and written German.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• A high degree of self-motivation, independence, and reliability.
