Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer with 10+ years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and enterprise data platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, SQL, Snowflake, AWS, ETL/ELT, and Apache Airflow, with experience building modern cloud-based data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines using Python and SQL.

• Build and optimize data models in Snowflake for analytics and reporting.

• Develop data ingestion frameworks from multiple sources (APIs, databases, files, streaming).

• Implement orchestration workflows using Apache Airflow.

• Work with AWS services including S3, Glue, Lambda, Redshift, and IAM.

• Optimize SQL queries and improve data pipeline performance.

• Ensure data quality, governance, security, and metadata management.

• Collaborate with data analysts, BI developers, architects, and business stakeholders.

• Support CI/CD deployments and infrastructure automation for data engineering projects.

• Mentor junior engineers and participate in architecture discussions.

• dbt for data transformation

• Healthcare, Banking, or Retail domain experience

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
