Job Title: Project Manager - AI & Machine Learning

Location: Bangalore, Pune

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager - AI & Machine Learning to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of AI/ML initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring successful implementation of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Data Science, and Analytics projects. The role requires strong project management expertise, stakeholder management skills, and a solid understanding of AI/ML concepts and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Delivery

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI/ML projects from initiation to deployment.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Create and manage project plans, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders. ,

Stakeholder & Team Management

• Collaborate with business leaders to understand requirements and translate them into AI/ML solutions.
• Coordinate with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Data Engineers, Solution Architects, and Business Analysts.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Manage vendor and partner relationships where applicable.
• Conduct steering committee meetings and project governance reviews. ,

AI/ML Program Oversight

• Oversee development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of AI/ML models.
• Ensure adherence to AI governance, ethical AI practices, security, and compliance standards.
• Track model performance, adoption metrics, and business outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement and optimization of AI solutions.
• Support AI strategy and roadmap planning. ,

Risk & Quality Management

• Identify project risks, dependencies, and issues.
• Develop mitigation plans and escalation procedures.
• Ensure quality assurance and adherence to project management methodologies.
• Manage change requests and project documentation. ,

• AI/ML lifecycle management
• Generative AI & Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Data Science and Analytics
• Cloud Platforms: Azure AI, AWS AI/ML, Google Cloud AI
• Data Platforms: SQL, Databricks, Snowflake, Hadoop
