Project Manager

In this role, our project managers are responsible for leading the successful delivery of multiple projects, using Agile methodologies. This role ensures alignment with Sonin business goals and quality standards. They are responsible for timelines, budgets, customer goals and ensuring products are delivered successfully. Through excellent client service, they build trusted partnerships and ensure our clients love working with us. The Project Manager is a key driver of a great client experience, ensuring excellent communication and engagement throughout their relationship with us.

Location: Reigate office, travel to other locations and customer sites as needed
Salary: Competitive
Contract: Hybrid, Full-time
Hours: 37.5 hours per week around core hours of 10:00-16:00

Main duties and responsibilities

· Owns the successful delivery of multiple, active customer projects using the Sonin project framework and ensuring teams remain focused on agreed customer and product outcomes.

· Makes decisions based on commercial, client, product and team priorities.

· Accountable for the successful delivery of all assigned projects using some Agile methodologies.

· Ensures projects, through from product-discovery to delivery, align with business goals, are of high-quality standards and satisfy agreed timelines and budgets, whilst maintaining customer value.

· Partners closely with clients and internal product teams to shape product roadmaps, refine priorities and support product decisions that align with user needs, technical feasibility and business objectives.

· Challenges priorities where appropriate, ensuring the team is always focused on delivering the highest-value outcomes.

· Records and tracks data to provide information to management on progress, blockages, solutions and successes to support data-driven decisions.

· Builds strong client engagement, stakeholder communications and collaboration within and[SW1] across teams.

· Enables and supports the cross-functional teams to deliver on outcomes and timelines.

· Proactively identifies and removes delivery blockers, manages changes, risks, dependencies and issues through good problem-solving skills.

· Translates complex technical information received from developers and other project team members and communicates it in a way the client understands.

· Focuses on learning and understanding industry best practice

WORK EXPERIENCE

· Experience liaising with customers on complex IT projects

· Experience using Kanban and Agile practices

· Experience producing project plans, evaluating risks and identifying mitigation actions

· Experience tracking and controlling project budgets and other KPIs
