Inside Sales Representative, Service

Inside sales representative position focused on selling Baxter's service contracts to U.S. healthcare customers. The hybrid role involves proactive outreach, contract administration, customer relationship management, and quota achievement within a growing service division.

Responsibilities
Proactively and reactively sell service contracts to existing and new U.S. accounts
Create quotations and manage sales process from lead identification through contract execution
Maintain service contract information and ensure accurate billing in Baxter systems
Collaborate with field service managers and account teams on service strategies and eligibility
Track closed deals, provide incentive payouts, and monitor pricing changes
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
2+ years virtual sales experience preferred
Healthcare or software industry experience preferred
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems like Salesforce
Ability to review, negotiate, and discuss legal terms and conditions
Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Data-driven problem-solving approach
Compensation:
$60,000-$75,000 base annually, plus sales incentive compensation
