Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Support Product Owners with backlog refinement and prioritization.
• Coordinate release planning with technical leads and stakeholders.
• Track team progress using Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown, and cycle time.
• Remove blockers and manage risks and dependencies.
• Coach Agile teams on Scrum best practices and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
