Job Description

·        5–8+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in retail or store technology environments

·        Strong understanding of in-store systems (POS, clienteling, workforce tools, etc.)

·        Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional product initiatives

·        Experience with feature rollout planning and execution at scale

·        Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

·        Ability to translate technical concepts into operational impact (and vice versa)

·        Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

·        Highly collaborative and influential

·        Operationally minded with strong attention to detail

·        Customer- and associate-centric thinker

·        Comfortable navigating ambiguity and complexity

·        Strong ownership mindset with bias for action

Preferred Skills

·        Experience working with omnichannel retail systems

·        Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management

·        Experience partnering with Store Operations or Field teams

·        Background in change management or large-scale deployment programs
