Job Title: Sr PEGA Developer

Location: Alpharetta, GA 30009

Mode : Contract (6+ Months)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and support innovative software solutions for complex business use cases.
• Collaborate with Engineering leadership, Product Managers, Designers, and Test Automation teams.
• Participate in architecture design, system analysis, and programming activities.
• Develop maintainable, scalable, secure, and production-ready applications.
• Own software specifications, quality, deployments, production support, and monitoring.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation.
• Follow test-driven development and continuous delivery practices.
• Participate in code reviews and industry best practices.
• Provide technical expertise while collaborating across teams.
• Mentor and guide associate engineers.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience designing and developing highly scalable and secure Pega applications.
• Healthcare and/or Customer Service domain experience preferred.
• Experience deploying Pega applications on Azure or similar cloud platforms.
• Must be a Certified PEGA Senior Systems Architect.
• Lead System Architect certification is a strong plus.
