The Role

• Provide qualified, individual, and psychiatric nursing care within a primary nursing concept.

• Actively participate in and facilitate group sessions, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
• Offer psychosocial support to patients and their families with empathy and expertise.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of new concepts and quality assurance measures.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a Registered Nurse, Mental Health Nurse, or equivalent qualification.
• Ability to work independently, conscientiously, and prioritize patient needs.
• Strong communication and empathy skills when interacting with patients, families, and colleagues.
• High level of teamwork, reliability, and responsibility in an interdisciplinary environment.
