Hiring: AI/ML SME Generative AI / Model Fine-Tuning

Key Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Data Science, or Machine Learning.

• 5+ years of relevant AI/ML experience, including 2+ years of hands-on LLM/GenAI model fine-tuning.

• Strong hands-on experience in model building, reasoning models, and task-specific model fine-tuning.

• Expertise in Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT), RLHF, RLVR, PPO, GRPO, and DPO.

• Strong Python, Data Engineering, LLMs, RAG, embeddings, and prompt engineering skills.

• Experience with production-grade AI/ML architectures, deployment, and model evaluation.

• Finance or Insurance domain experience preferred; other technology domains are also welcome.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.

Role: Senior Engineer / Architect responsible for leading model fine-tuning initiatives and collaborating with an offshore development team.
