Senior Technical Editor (QAF) - OBIQUA with Security Clearance

Celestar Corporation is seeking a Senior Technical Editor (QAF) to support The Defense Intelligence Agency ( DIA) under the Object Based Intelligence and Quality Assurance (OBIQUA) task order. The primary place of performance will be at DIA Facilities across the National Capital Region (NCR). Responsibilities: This opportunity will support multiple DIA initiatives, including the Machine-Assisted Rapid-Repository System (MARS), Object Management Services (OMS), and Object-Based Intelligence (OBI). • The Senior Technical Editor, Quality Assurance Framework (QAF), Reviews artifacts for proper grammar, punctuation, and syntax as well as for logic, clarity, and consistency. • Ensures that style and format conform to agency publication standards and that language presentation is consistent with prescribed style guides and specialized vocabulary of subject matter fields. • Amends draft tables, tone boxes, and graphics to ensure the content supports and is consistent with the accompanying text. • Ensures proper classification markings in accordance with IC guidance. • Works with authors to revise products for narrative organization, and negotiates further revisions as needed. • Review and edit technical documentation submitted by AA owners, developers, and stakeholders to ensure clarity, accuracy. • Collaborate with the QAF team to review and edit QAF documentation, policy, and other documents. • Ensure that all documentation is properly formatted, styled, and organized to meet the QAF and DIA style requirements. • Collaborate with QAF Team to develop and maintain guidance for technical documentation to ensure consistency in formatting, styling, and organization. • Collaborate with QAF Team to develop and maintain templates for technical documentation, including QAF documentation, policy, and other documents. Required qualifications/skills: • Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years with a master's degree. -OR- • A minimum of 17 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years with a bachelor's degree. • Demonstrates ability to work independently and with minimal oversight.
