Technology Release Delivery Lead - Onsite

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Technology Release Delivery Lead - Onsite for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Irving, TX. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

This role supports a key enterprise initiative focused on the Data Platforms Modernization program. The position combines Scrum Master and Project/Program Management responsibilities with strong Technical Delivery Leadership to lead the transformation of enterprise data platforms, application migration, and cloud modernization efforts. The successful candidate will ensure execution aligns with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and technology strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Lead delivery of platform modernization initiatives across multiple product domains
• Manage complex dependencies involving application migrations, data center exits, cloud adoption, and platform decommissioning
• Ensure milestones, deliverables, budgets, and timelines are achieved through disciplined program governance
• Partner with Line of Business CIOs, engineering leaders, product managers, risk, compliance, finance, and audit stakeholders
• Facilitate executive decision-making, tradeoff discussions, and prioritization across competing demands
• Provide executive communications and status reporting to leadership forums and steering committees
• Run program governance and oversight routines, reporting on roadmaps, risks, financials, and metrics
• Drive issue resolution and risk mitigation across modernization programs and change initiatives
• Enable migration from legacy platforms to strategic target-state platforms
• Support adoption of cloud-native architectures, modern data pipelines, APIs, automation, and scalable analytics capabilities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any field required; technology or computer science background preferred
• 7+ years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in Scrum or Agile methodologies
• Strong understanding of Data Platforms, cloud migration strategies, and modernization initiatives
• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to run complex queries and pivot tables for executive reporting
• Experience with Jira and Agile reporting, including JIRA automations
• Expertise in SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and collaboration tools
• Experience with data visualization and dashboard creation using JIRA
• Ability to manage ambiguity, drive execution, and handle cross-functional coordination
• Proven experience leading complex programs or large-scale projects involving data transformation and platform modernization

Desired skills:

• Experience with Power BI or Tableau
• Proven use of AI tools in managing program reporting, managing AI projects, and SDLC
• Familiarity with GenAI tools such as MS Copilot and similar AI-powered productivity solutions

Pay range: $58.75 - $66.75 per hour
