  • Share technical work, demos, and insights on social platforms and GitHub, and engage with the AI engineering community.

  • Turn feedback from developers, customer demos, and community discussions into product improvements.

  • Contribute across engineering, technical marketing, and customer-facing work as team priorities shift.

  • Stay close to agent builders and evaluation practitioners working with frameworks and custom runtimes.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 3 years of experience building or shipping production software, including experience building or evaluating agents in production.

  • Strong Python skills and hands-on experience with agent frameworks such as LangGraph, Claude Code, or equivalent tools.

  • Experience with LLM or agent evaluation systems, execution traces, observability, and debugging.

  • A track record of open-source contributions with demonstrated use by other developers.

  • Experience building developer tools, SDKs, APIs, CLI tools, or libraries, with attention to documentation, ergonomics, and demos.

  • Evidence of technical community participation and experience combining engineering with go-to-market or customer-facing work.

  • Comfort working in an early-stage, fast-changing environment and taking on varied responsibilities.
