The Senior Human Resources Manager leads HR operations at the site level, ensuring effective execution of people strategies aligned with business objectives. This role partners closely with site leadership to drive employee relations, talent development, and workforce planning.

  • Lead employee relations activities, including investigations, conflict resolution, and corrective
Provide guidance on performance management, promotions, and terminations to ensure
Coach leaders on employee engagement, communication, and team effectiveness.
  • Ensure consistent execution of HR policies, programs, and processes across the site.
  • Oversee HRIS usage, reporting, and data accuracy to support business insights.
  • Maintain compliance with employment laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements
Remain compliant with the Code of Conduct and Policies which includes the Kingspan Group Compliance Policy.

Ensure that all duties related to product compliance are adhered to in accordance with the Product Compliance Policy, Laws, Regulations, and market demands.

Responsible for all tasks to achieve compliance goals and demands of the Compliance Management System.
•
Must raise concerns related to the Compliance Management System to their supervisor, manager, or any member of the Leadership Team, or through the confidential whistle blower service.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • 6–10 years of progressive HR experience, including direct support of site leadership.
  • Strong experience managing employee relations, including investigations, corrective actions, and
  • Experience supporting workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning initiatives.
  • Working knowledge of HRIS systems, reporting, and workforce analytics.
  • Proven ability to operate independently while managing competing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HR systems and reporting tools preferred.
