Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) with hands-on experience in Palantir Foundry to build, deploy, and maintain production-grade workflows. The consultant will work directly with business users, take ownership of workflows from design to deployment, and rapidly deliver solutions using real production data.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end workflow development, working directly with business users in a forward-deployed engineering model.
  • Model ontology objects and develop data transformations to support business workflows in Palantir Foundry.
  • Design and implement write-back Actions that integrate with enterprise systems of record, including ERP, planning, and internal platforms.
  • Build and maintain Workshop applications and other user-facing tools for day-to-day business operations.
  • Develop, configure, and optimize AIP agents to support workflows and business processes where applicable.
  • Implement production-grade change control and deployment practices.
  • Collaborate with the existing operations team to establish monitoring, alerting, and SRE practices for deployed workflows.
  • Ensure all solutions comply with internal engineering standards, operational requirements, and observability practices.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Continuously improve deployed workflows through rapid iteration, testing, and feedback from end users.

Required Skills

  • Hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry.
  • Experience with Foundry Ontology, data transformations, and Workshop applications.
  • Knowledge of Palantir Foundry Actions and enterprise system integrations.
  • Experience building and deploying production-grade workflows.
  • Familiarity with Palantir AIP and AI agent development.
  • Understanding of change management, monitoring, alerting, and SRE practices.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work directly with business users and independently own technical deliverables.
