The Role

• Setting up and operating processing machinery
• Performing quality checks and documenting results
• Conducting maintenance, cleaning, and preventative repairs
• Ensuring on-time delivery and the operational readiness of equipment
• Assisting with testing new technologies and processes
• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a Machine and Plant Operator, Packaging Technologist, or equivalent
• Several years of relevant professional experience
• A high degree of responsibility and a proactive, results-oriented work approach
• Willingness to work shifts and on weekends
