Your New Company A well-established and growing manufacturing business with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality engineered products is seeking a Quality Engineer to join its team. Your New Role Reporting directly to the Head of Engineering, you will play a key role in driving quality standards across the manufacturing operation. You will be responsible for supporting the continued development of quality systems, reducing non-conformance costs, leading improvement activities and ensuring compliance with relevant industry will work closely with production, engineering, supply chain and customers to maintain high levels of product quality whilst promoting a culture of continuous improvement. What You'll Need to Succeed Third-level qualification in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Quality Engineering, or equivalent experience. Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Quality Engineering, Quality Assurance or Quality Control role within an engineering or manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of ISO 9001:2015 standards and quality management principles. Experience conducting root cause analysis using methodologies such as 5 Why, 8D and Cause & Effect analysis. Knowledge of manufacturing special processes such as welding and painting. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively across multiple departments. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. What You'll Get In Return Competitive salary.
