Oracle SCM Technical Business Analyst

Position: Oracle SCM Technical Business Analyst 

Location: Remote, EST

Duration: 12+ Months (With possible extension)

Job description:

In this role, you will bridge the gap between business operations and technical IT teams. You will design, optimize, and support end-to-end supply chain solutions while ensuring strict compliance with industry regulatory standards (such as GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11).

• Gather and translate complex business requirements from global life sciences supply chain stakeholders into detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Map "As-Is" and design "To-Be" business processes for pharmaceutical/medical device supply chains, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
• Lead cross-functional workshops to identify operational bottlenecks, inventory risks, and compliance gaps.
• Configure and support Oracle SCM modules (e.g., Oracle Inventory Management, Order Management, Procurement, Quality, or Demand Planning/Logistics).
• Collaborate with technical developers to design Oracle integrations, custom extensions, and data migrations while preserving system integrity.
• Understand Life Sciences specific system tracking, including lot control, serialization, temperature-controlled logistics, and shelf-life tracking within Oracle
• Design, develop, and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards and reports tracking critical supply chain KPIs (e.g., OTIF, inventory turnover, lead times, wastage).
• Ensure all system modifications adhere to life sciences regulations, including GxP, GMP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, and computerized system validation (CSV) protocols.
• Author deliverables including User Requirement Specifications (URS), Functional Specifications (FS), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts.
