Title: Desktop Support Engineer

Location: Boston, MA (South Station office)

Type: FTE

Good Customer Service Skills

Demonstrate technical experience

Proficient in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems

Skilled in System administrative tasks

Experience troubleshooting Application and Operating System related issues

Knowledge on Networking preferred

Troubleshoot Laptop, Desktop, Thin Clients, Printers, Hardware & Drivers issues

Coordinate with the Depot for Asset Management, shipment of hardware

Telephony Support (Avaya and Cisco IP Phones)

Familiarity with ITIL principles

Hands-on experience using ServiceNow

Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
