Our client in Austin, Texas is seeking a Principal Product Manager to join their team for high-impact upcoming projects. Backed by a multibillion-dollar valuation and a strong presence in the financial industry, they offer stability and continuous growth.

Requirements

  • Over 7 years of experience in product management.
  • Background in regulated or financial services environments is a must 
  • Over 5 years managing backlogs, roadmaps, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and stakeholder prioritization for data or technology platforms.
  • Hands-on product management experience with Databricks-centered enterprise data and analytics platforms (Snowflake or AWS Redshift acceptable, but Databricks is strongly preferred).
  • Product management experience with AI tools, ideally Databricks Genie or Snowflake AI Suite.
  • Hands-on fluency with modern data ecosystems, including Databricks/lakehouse platforms, data governance, MDM, semantic layers, data quality, and metadata/lineage.
  • Proven leadership in Agile environments with strong experience as a Scrum Master or project leader.
  • Strong capability to gather complex requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
