The Role

• Drive sales through engaging customer interactions and product sampling within a retail setting.
• Introduce shoppers to new food and beverage products.
• Maintain a positive and enthusiastic presence to connect with customers.
• Ensure effective preparation, cooking, and cleaning of the work area and equipment.
• Work independently to achieve sales goals while also contributing to a positive team environment.

What You'll Need

• Be comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, outgoing manner.
• Be 18 years or older.
• Availability to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and stand for up to 6 hours.
• Possess excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate a motivated, self-starting attitude with a bias for action.
