In-Home Sales Representative - Home Remodeling

Renuity, a national home remodeling leader, is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to drive growth in our bath, window, and door solutions. In this role, you'll visit pre-set, qualified appointments with homeowners, conduct thorough needs assessments, and present customized project recommendations. You'll deliver professional product demos, create clear estimates, and close sales while ensuring a seamless transition to our installation teams. Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners to assess remodeling needs for baths, windows, doors, and other projects
• Deliver professional sales presentations, product demos, and estimates tailored to customer needs and budgets
• Manage leads from company-provided appointments, follow up promptly, and maintain an organized sales pipeline
• Close sales while ensuring clear expectations on scope, timelines, and installation process
• Collaborate with operations and installation teams to ensure smooth project handoff and customer satisfaction
• Track performance metrics, meet or exceed sales goals, and participate in ongoing sales training
• Represent Renuity's brand, values, and quality standards in every customer interaction
