QA Test Lead - Capital Markets, San Antonio, TX

We have an opportunity for a QA Test Lead to support functional, system, and integration testing for Capital Markets applications. Strong domain experience is required across areas such as trade lifecycle, clearing and settlement, brokerage operations, or wealth management platforms.

You will analyze requirements, develop test scenarios, execute complex business workflows, and manage defects using JIRA and qTest. The role requires strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and Agile testing practices, along with clear documentation and stakeholder communication. Experience with Pershing platforms such as NetX360 or NetXInvestor, test automation tools such as Selenium or Testim, and SQL for backend data validation is preferred.

This is a six-month-plus contract onsite in San Antonio, Texas.
