About the Role

AaraTech Inc is seeking a Cyber Security Analyst Retail & E-Commerce (2-3 Years Experience) to support security operations, protect e-commerce platforms, online payment systems, and customer data. This role focuses on monitoring cyber threats, identifying vulnerabilities, responding to security incidents, and ensuring compliance with retail and e-commerce security standards. You will collaborate with IT, infrastructure, and compliance teams to maintain a secure digital environment. Ideal for early-career cyber security professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor security alerts and investigate cyber security incidents

• Perform vulnerability assessments and support remediation efforts

• Analyze security logs using SIEM tools to identify potential threats

• Protect e-commerce applications, payment gateways, customer accounts, and sensitive data

• Implement and maintain security controls, policies, and best practices

• Support incident response, threat detection, and risk mitigation activities

• Conduct security audits and assist with PCI DSS compliance initiatives

• Collaborate with IT, infrastructure, development, and security teams

• Maintain security documentation, reports, and incident records

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in Cyber Security, Information Security, or a related role

• Basic understanding of network security, web application security, and cyber security principles

• Familiarity with security tools such as SIEM, Firewalls, IDS/IPS, Endpoint Protection, and Vulnerability Scanners

• Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems

• Understanding of common cyber threats, phishing, malware, vulnerability management, and incident response

• Exposure to AWS or cloud security concepts

• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
