Job Description
At Farmers Insurance, we believe that insurance is about more than just paperwork; We are looking for an energetic and approachable Sales Agent to join our growing team. We are a community-focused team that values integrity and kindness above everything else. We don't just sell policies; Develop and grow a client base by connecting with people in the San Antonio area and helping them understand their coverage options. Prepare accurate quotes and assist potential clients in transitioning their policies to our agency.

Actively participate in community events to build our agency’s reputation and presence. Active Texas Life and Health Insurance License. Minimum of two years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles. Strong comfort level with computers and navigating multiple software platforms simultaneously. Clear and articulate communication skills in both English and Spanish is highly preferred. Proven ability to manage time effectively without needing constant supervision.
