What You'll Do
Set up, adjust, and operate metal-forming equipment
Read blueprints, technical drawings, and production instructions
Measure and inspect completed parts for accuracy and quality
Use calipers, gauges, tape measures, and other precision tools
Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments
Troubleshoot and correct equipment or production issues
Perform basic cleaning, lubrication, and routine maintenance
Enter or adjust machine commands to meet production specifications
What You'll Need
Strong math and measurement skills
Ability to read a tape measure down to 1/16 inch
Understanding of basic metric conversions
Basic blueprint-reading experience
Familiarity with calipers, gauges, and precision measuring tools
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Dependable attendance and attention to detail
